Pickup Hours

Orders can be picked up during our regular business hours:

  • Monday - Saturday: 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Please note that holiday hours may vary. We recommend calling ahead for holiday pickups.

Order Pickup Process

  1. Place Your Order: Submit your wholesale order through our online platform or via your sales representative.
  2. Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is received and being processed.
  3. Ready for Pickup Notification: Our team will prepare your order. You will be notified via email or phone call as soon as your complete order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before coming to our facility.
  4. What to Bring for Pickup:
    • Your Order Confirmation Number (or Invoice Number).
    • A valid Photo ID (for account verification, if required).
    • An appropriately sized vehicle for your order. Please consider the volume and weight of wholesale quantities.
  5. At Our Facility: Upon arrival, please proceed to the designated wholesale pickup area (signage will direct you, or ask our staff). Our team will verify your order and assist with locating your items.

Large Orders & Vehicle Requirements

For large wholesale orders, please ensure your vehicle is capable of safely transporting the volume and weight of the products. This includes items like bulk bait, cases of tackle, oversized nets, or multiple rod cartons.

While our staff may be available to assist with loading items into your vehicle, the responsibility for securing the load for safe transport lies with you, the customer.
